InterTradeIreland’s Career Boost is a unique post graduate job programme that offers a paid manager role delivering an innovative project with academic support and a resulting qualification.
Despite all the perks, it was struggling to recruit a pipeline of ambitious and driven graduates. Competing in a crowded marketplace focused on selling students opportunities with big brands in the capital; it struggled with low brand awareness and filling regional positions.

A compelling creative translated the unique opportunity to lead, learn and earn from the very beginning and get ahead; displayed on strategically placed OOH sites in student hotspots and laser focused social media students were inspired to stand out from the start.
